Chocolate Chip Blondies

Usually, I only make ‘regular’ chocolate brownies, but the other day I decided to change things up! This blondie recipe is super easy and makes for a delicious treat!

Chocolate Chip Blondies

PREP TIME: 10 mins
COOK TIME: 20 mins
TOTAL TIME: 30 mins
MAKES: 36 blondies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS:

Start by greasing a 13 x 9 inch baking pan and setting the oven to 175°C

In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl, before sifting into the butter mixture. Then, stir in the chocolate chips and pour into the pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cut into pieces and serve with vanilla ice cream!
